About some questions of debt for the consumed natural gas and electrical energy

Article 1. Law coverage

1. Operation of this Law extends to the companies irrespective of their patterns of ownership which make, transport and deliver heat and electrical energy, provide services in dispatching management of the integrated power system of Ukraine of subjects of managing, performing supply of natural gas and electrical energy on the regulated rate, National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" and its affiliated enterprises Gaz Ukrainy Group, Ukrtransgaz Group, Ukrgazdobycha Group, GAO "Chernomorneftegaz" and GP "Power market".

Article 2. Debt write-off

2.1. On the conditions determined by this Law are subject to write-off:

2.1.1. the debt for natural gas (including restructured) the companies which make is transported and deliver heat energy, including liquidated enterprises, the subjects of managing performing supply of natural gas on the regulated rate of National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" and its affiliated enterprises Gaz Ukrainy Group, Ukrtransgaz Group, Ukrgazdobycha Group, GAO "Chernomorneftegaz" which was considered as of January 1, 2010 and is not paid as of the date of entry into force of this Law:

2.1.1 the debt of Gaz Ukrainy Group to National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" (including restructured) is written off within the amounts which are written off to the companies which make transport and deliver heat energy, and to the subjects of managing performing supply of natural gas on the regulated rate before Gaz Ukrainy Group;

2.1.2 the means arriving to the subjects of managing performing supply of natural gas on the regulated rate from consumers for debt repayment for the consumed natural gas which was considered as of January 1, 2010 are set off on the separate current account of these subjects and used by them only for accomplishment of investing programs.
