About change of Item 10 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the delivery note approved by the Order No. 47 of March 31, 2010.
In pursuance of provisions of item 4 of the Order of the Government No. 547 of August 4, 1995 about measures for streamlining and state regulation of the prices (rates) (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 53-54, 426), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:
In Item 10 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the delivery note approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 47 of March 31 2010, (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 58-60, the Art. 230) registered by the Ministry of Justice at No. 745 of March 31 2010, to make the following changes:
1. 16) to exclude the subitem.
2. The subitem 19) to change and state in the following edition:
"19) in case of delivery of excisable assets in column 7.8 the amount of excises on them is specified in lei.
In case of delivery of socially important goods on which the Government regulates the trade allowance at each stage of sales the sender in column 7.8 specifies the unit selling price established by domestic manufacturer or purchase price in case of the imported goods with record through fraction of total amount of the trade allowance as a percentage calculated from selling/purchase price. This information originally registers domestic manufacturer or the importer which in subsequent shall be rewritten by each sender, changing occasionally the amount of the trade allowance. Subjects which have rights of independent printing of delivery notes on special paper have opportunity to include in delivery note separately the unit selling price established by domestic manufacturer or purchase price in case of the imported goods and the total amount of the trade allowance".
