1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except for appendix Items 3 and 4 which will become effective in 6 months from the date of publication.

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 18.02.2013 No. 125 

2. In the Order of the Government No. 333 of March 18, 2002. "About approval of the Concept of the automated information system "State Register of the Population" and Regulations on the State register of the population" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 43-45, of the Art. 409), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in appendix No. 1:

in Item 6:

the words "The Law on Registers No. 1320-XIII of September 25, 1997" shall be replaced with words "The law on registers No. 71-XVI of March 22, 2007";

after the words "The Law on Acts of Civil Status No. 100-XV of April 26, 2001" to add with the words "The Marine Life Protection Act of Personal Data No. 17-XVI of February 15, 2007"; the subitem f) parts (Item 30 to state 2) in the following edition:
