1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2004 No. 1237 "Some questions of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 47, the Art. 586) the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 13 with subitems 19-1), 19-2), 19-3) of the following content:
"19-1) issues the document on conditions of conversion of goods on/out of customs area and conversion for internal consumption according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
19-2) issues the conclusion about conditions of conversion of goods according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
19-3) issues the conclusion about confirmation of reference of the state members of the Customs union of goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the territory to the goods intended for industrial conversion;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
