1. Reorganize non-commercial joint-stock company "Nazarbaev Universitet" and Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools joint-stock company by transformation to the autonomous organizations of education "Nazarbaev Universitet" and "Nazarbayev Intellectual schools" (further - the Autonomous organizations).

2. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of charters of the Autonomous organizations and their state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
