For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 17, 2002 "About merchant shipping" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About inland water transport" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of state registration of courts and the rights to them.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 1993 No. 1231 "About approval of Rules of provision of the right of navigation of sea going merchantmen under National flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, No. 48, the Art. 584);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2000 No. 467 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 1993 No. 1231" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 17, the Art. 180).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
