1. Bring in the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of cases of youth of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 1, 2010 No. 110 the following changes and amendments:
- declare item 4 invalid;
- state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education and culture of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- in Regulations on the Ministry of cases of youth of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
the offer second of paragraph two of Item 13 to exclude;
in Item 14:
word in paragraph four "the secretary of state and" to exclude;
add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"-in coordination with authorized state body in the field of public service assigns accomplishment of the separate functional obligations carried to competence of the Ministry of cases of youth of the Kyrgyz Republic to the secretary of state;";
