About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power industry" (the Erkin Too newspaper of February 12, 1997 No. 8) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 15:

Article 2. Bring in part II of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following amendment:

Item 1 of article 487 after words "the attached network energy, "add with words "conforming to the established requirements and compensate the actual damage formed as a result of agreement breach and energy supply of inadequate quality".

Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
