About entering of amendment into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following amendment:
add Article 30 with part 6 of the following content:
"The athletes having sports ranks "Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic", "Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic of the International Class" have the privilege in case of receipt in the state and municipal educational organizations of higher education. The athletes having the sports category "Candidate for the Master of Sports", sports ranks "Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic", "Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic of the International Class" have the privilege in case of receipt in the state and municipal educational organizations of secondary professional education.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
- in a month to develop and approve Regulations on procedure for transfer of the athletes having the sports category "Candidate for the Master of Sports", sports ranks "Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic", "Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic of the International Class" in the state and municipal educational organizations of average professional and higher education.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
