About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of basic tax amount on the basis of the voluntary patent by types of business activity" of December 30, 2008 No. 733

According to part 2 of article 354 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Add the basic tax amount on the basis of the voluntary patent by types of business activity approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of basic tax amount on the basis of the voluntary patent by types of business activity" of December 30, 2008 No. 733, the note of the following content:

"Note: In case of establishment of tax amount on the basis of the voluntary patent the coefficient equal 5, but not above basic tax amount is applied to foreign citizens and stateless persons.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
