1. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 22.02.2012 No. 143
2. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "The Issyk Kul hotel mall of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with property complex, at the address: the city of Bishkek, Prospekt Mira, 301, according to the transfer act.
3. To transfer the inventory items which are on balance of the state company "The Issyk Kul hotel mall of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to fixed assets Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To provide to the ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic reception-transmission of the object specified in Item 2 of this resolution.
5. Recommend to the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic to make re-registration of the state company specified in Item 2 of this resolution, in the relevant state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
