Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 12, 2002 N 67-FZ "About basic guarantees of the voting rights and the participation rights in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 24, Art. 2253; 2005, N 30, Art. 3104; 2006, N 29, Art. 3125; N 31, of Art. 3427; N 50, of Art. 5303; 2009, N 7, Art. 771; N 14, of Art. 1577; N 20, of Art. 2391; N 29, of Art. 3640; 2010, N 17, Art. 1986; N 23, of the Art. 2794, 2799; N 41, of the Art. 5192) following changes:

Article 20 to add 1) with Item 16.1 of the following content:

"16.1. Data on number in the corresponding territory of voters, the participants of referendum who are disabled people with indication of groups of disability are represented as of January 1 and on July 1 every year by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation:

a) on subjects of the Russian Federation - in Russian Central Election Commission;

b) on municipalities - in the electoral commissions of subjects of the Russian Federation.";

Item 10 of Article 23 to add 2) with the subitem "l.2" the following content:
