About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007, No. 172

According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides: Bring in Chapter 16 of the Regulations on features of the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007, No. 172 the following changes and amendments:

In Item 1:

- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"-activities for issue of certificates of keys of digital signatures, registration of owners of digital signatures, rendering services in confirmation of authenticity of digital signatures;";

- word in paragraph five of "special technical means" shall be replaced with words "special technical means according to the List (appendices 4)";

In item 4:

- in paragraph five of the word "Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Tajikistan" shall be replaced with words "The communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- add with new paragraphs of the following content:

"-it shall be provided with the qualified engineering personnel having work experience with operating systems, means cryptographic, information security and also technical means of information security;

- it shall be provided with the certified hardware and software and special rooms on their placement for functioning of certification center; - management and the employees having access to the used hardware and software shall have the admission to the data which are the state secret;

- have permission to activities with use of the data which are the state secret".
