1) to Create Public institution on content of highways in zone Gund of Shugnansky district and to perform its activities within the means provided by the budget of 2011.

3) to the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve organization-legal issues on creation "Public institution on content of highways in zone Gund of Shugnansky district" according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
