2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
