About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2008 No. 694

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2008 No. 694 "About representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies, the share (share in authorized funds) which belong to the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial units" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 121, 5/27662; 2009, No. 279, 5/30771; 2010, No. 92, 5/31607) following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 2:
in the subitem 2.3 to replace figure "4" with figures "31";
to exclude from subitem 2.4 of the word "and their deputies";
1.2. in Regulations on representatives of the state in governing bodies of economic societies, shares (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial units, approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in Item 5 of the word "5 years" shall be replaced with words "3 years";
1.2.2. in Item 11:
the fifth to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:
"participations of society in financial and industrial or other economic group, and also creations of other legal entities and participation in them;";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
