About some changes made to orders GGNI No. 79 of April 28 2006, No. 177 of June 23 2008, No. 22 of January 31, 2009 and No. 79 of February 23, 2010

Proceeding from the changes made in the Tax code by the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 48 of March 26 2011, and for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of conditions of Art. 187 of the Tax code I ORDER:

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order GGNI No. 79 of January 28, 2006 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of tax reports on the local charges provided by the Section VII of the Tax code" to make the following changes and amendments:

a) exclude from all edition of the Instruction about procedure for creation and submission of tax reports on the local charges provided by the Section VII of the Tax code, the word "specific" and "specific" to exclude, and the words "TAT 06" shall be replaced with words "TAT 07";

b) exclude paragraph 3 of subitem 1.1 of the item 1, paragraph 6 of subitem 2.1.1 of the item 2, of subitem 3.1.3 of item 3 and litas. A) subitem 4.1.1 of item 4;

c) in paragraph 7 of subitem 2.1.1 of item 2 of the word "TAP 06" shall be replaced with words "TTC 06";
