Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2007 N 310 "About rates of payment for unit of volume of forest resources and rates of payment for the unit area of the wood lot which is in federal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 23, Art. 2787; N 30, of the Art. 3935):

a) Item 1 (to add 1) after the words "being in federal property" with words "(further - payment rates)";

b) add with Item 1 (2) the following content:

"1(2). Determine that in case of exception of the investment project of the list of priority investment projects in the field of development of the woods the investor shall pay in full the rent according to rates of payment for use of the wood lot from the date of state registration of the lease agreement of the wood lot before its termination without use of decreasing coefficient of 0,5, but using the average coefficient of exceeding of the amount of the rent estimated based on the reporting established by federal executive body in the field of the forest relations on the date of exception of the investment project of the list by total division of the settlement amount of the rent according to current agreements of lease of the timberland on the total amount of the rent calculated at the payment rates without the investment projects existing in the subject of the Russian Federation which developed in the subject of the Russian Federation.
