About introduction of amendments to articles 348.2 and 348.11 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

1) in Article 348.2:
a) third to state part in the following edition:
"In addition to the conditions established by part two of article 57 of this Code for inclusion in the employment contract with the athlete conditions are obligatory about:
to provide to obligation of the employer holding educational and training actions and participation of the athlete in sports competitions under the leadership of the trainer (trainers);
obligations of the athlete to observe the sports mode set by the employer and to implement plans of preparation for sports competitions;
obligations of the athlete to participate in sports competitions only in specifying of the employer;
obligations of the athlete to follow the all-Russian anti-doping rules and anti-doping rules approved by the international anti-doping organizations to pass drug test;
to provide to obligation of the athlete information on the location according to the all-Russian anti-doping rules for the purpose of carrying out drug test;
ensuring with the employer life insurance and health of the athlete, and also medical insurance for the purpose of receipt of additional medical and other services by the athlete over established by programs of compulsory medical insurance with indication of conditions of these types of insurance.";
b) in word part four of "use by the athlete (athletes) of doping means and (or) methods" shall be replaced with words "violations by the athlete (athletes) of the all-Russian anti-doping rules and anti-doping rules approved by the international anti-doping organizations";
c) part the sixth after words "regulations (regulations) on sports competitions," to add with words "the all-Russian anti-doping rules and anti-doping rules approved by the international anti-doping organizations";
