About the List of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity

Article 1. Approve the List of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity (further - the List) according to appendix it (is applied).

The term "document of allowing nature" upotreblyaertsya in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity".

It is forbidden to demand from subjects of managing of receipt of documents of allowing nature which are not brought in the List approved by this Law.

Documents of allowing nature which need of issue is established by international treaties which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, not brought in approved by this Law List, are issued according to international treaties.

Issue of documents of allowing nature in spheres of the state export control, state regulation of the markets of financial services, protection of the state secret (implementation of the activities connected with the state secret), protection of the economic competition and use of nuclear energy, is performed according to the laws governing the relations in these spheres.

Establishment of other document types of allowing nature in the field of economic activity can be performed by entering of corresponding changes into this Law.

Changes are made to the List along with introduction of amendments to the laws of Ukraine governing the relations in this sphere.

The need of receipt of documents of allowing nature established by the laws arises only after entering of such documents into the List, except the cases provided by part four of this Article.

Article 2. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.

2. Bring in part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483; 2010, No. 13, Art. 128, No. 46, Art. 547) following changes:
