About modification of the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of 20.02.2009 No. 95

1. Make change to appendix 1 to the Payment terms of work of employees of the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of 20.02.2009 of N 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.03.2009 for N 270/16286 (with changes), having added paragraph one of Item 1 of the note after figures and the word "613 hryvnias" with words and figures "; since April 1 - 625 hryvnias".

2. To provide to heads of the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine differentiation of the salary of workers for whom identical official pay rates, due to establishment of surcharges, allowances and awards are determined.

3. To provide to financial and economic management of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied since April 1, 2011.

5. To acquaint staff of the Security Service of Ukraine in part which concerns with the order.
