According to Item 22 parts two of Article 7 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Section XI of the Law of Ukraine "About institutes of joint investment (share and corporate investment funds)", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 19.02.94 N 55 "About investment funds and investment companies" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for cancellation of registration of release (releases) for investment certificates of investment fund (investment company) approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 05.11.99 of N 229, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.12.99 for N 881/4174 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to management of general investment of State commission on securities and the stock market (O. Simonenko):

submission on state registration of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

publication of this decision according to the legislation.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of State commission on securities and the stock market C. Unsociable person.
