About modification of the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for maintaining the current accounts by banks open for military units of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation which are deployed in the territory of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.11.2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.12.2003 for No. 1172/8493 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In Chapter 11:

to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 11.11 in such edition:

"listed from own current/supplementary (deposit) account opened in authorized bank of Ukraine";

the fourth Item 11.12 to state the paragraph in such edition:

"transfer to own current/supplementary (deposit) account opened in authorized bank of Ukraine".

1.2. In Chapter 13:

add Item 13.7 with two new paragraphs of such content:

"listed from own current account opened in authorized bank of Ukraine;

listed from the current account of other military unit of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation opened in authorized bank of Ukraine";

the fifth Item 13.8 to replace the paragraph with four paragraphs of such content:
