About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of reserve for compensation of possible losses on credit operations of banks

According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", Articles 7, 15 and 59 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for forming of reserve for compensation of possible losses on credit operations of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Item 8.1 of Chapter 8 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of reserve for compensation of possible losses on credit operations of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, of 06.07.2000 N 279, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.08.2000 for N 474/4695 (with changes) to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"The bank calculates reserve on the foreign currency loans granted to borrowers - subjects of managing, on coefficients of reservation of 2%, 7%, 25%, 60%, 100% depending on category of each separate transaction without assessment of availability of sources of receipts of currency earnings provided that the loan is granted for production by the borrower of goods, works, services on which state regulation of the prices and rates which affirm at least once a month proceeding from the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies established by the National Bank of Ukraine on approval date of the price and/or rate is performed".
