About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the number of members of limited liability company

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In part two of article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About economic societies" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, N 49, Art. 682; 2007, N 33, 440) figures "10" to replace the Art. with figures "100".

2. Item 2 of the Section III "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification and recognition voided some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of the Civil code of Ukraine" (2007, N 33, the Art. 440) after paragraph one to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of need of increase in the size of the authorized capital in connection with transformation of limited liability company on joint-stock company forming by such legal entity of the authorized capital is performed within five years".

With respect thereto paragraphs two and third to consider respectively paragraphs the third and fourth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. The limited liability companies created before entry into force of this Law shall bring the charters regarding the maximum number of members of limited liability company into compliance with this Law till January 1, 2012.
