About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather joint activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 141 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, NN 18-22, of the Art. 144) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part seven of the following content:

"7. There cannot be contribution to joint activities property of objects of state-owned property, not privatizeable. In case of entering by the state companies, organizations and organizations of property into joint activities the right of state-owned property to such property does not stop and the right of common property of participants does not arise".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, N 46, Art. 456; 2010, N 48, Art. 564):

1) in Article 5 part two:

add with Item 17-1 of the following content:

"17-1) approves the standard agreement about joint activities which party are the state companies, organizations, the organizations, and also economic societies in which authorized capital the share of the state exceeds 50 percent";

add Item 18 with subitems "l" and "m" of the following content:

"k) the conclusion the state companies, organizations, the organizations, and also economic societies in which authorized capital the share of the state exceeds 50 percent, cooperation agreements, commission agreements, the order and property management;

l) holding auctions for attracting investors by the state companies, organizations and organizations";

Item 20 parts one of Article 6 to state 2) in such edition:

"20) are approved to the companies, organizations, the organizations which treat the sphere of their management, and also economic societies in which authorized capital the share of the state exceeds 50 percent which authority on management of corporate laws of the state they perform cooperation agreements";
