About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, N 38, Art. 324; 2008, N 24, Art. 234; 2009, N 30, Art. 418, N 36-37, Art. 511, Art. 512; 2010, N 12, Art. 117) such changes:

1. Article 2 part four in paragraph four to exclude the word of "(listeners)", and after words of "department of military preparation" to add with words of "department of military preparation".

2. Add Article 6 with part eleven of the following content:

"11. The military personnel according to the procedure, the established regulations on passing of military service by citizens of Ukraine, can be sent for the subsequent passing of military service from one military forming to another with exception from lists of staff of forming from which were disposed, and inclusion in lists of staff of forming to which arrived".

3. The seventh Article 11 to state part in the following edition:

"7. The list of military specialties on which military training of citizens of Ukraine according to the program of training of reserve officers is conducted and preparation amounts on such specialties are determined by representation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in coordination with the central executive body in the fields of education and sciences".

4. Third article 20 parts one after the words "and also" to add the paragraph with words and figures "persons aged up to 23 years having training for passing of military service on positions of the military personnel of military service under the contract, faces of sergeant and foreman structure or".
