About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning growth in volumes of revenues of budgets of funds of obligatory national social insurance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 85 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, N 5-6, Art. 30; 2010, N 2-3, Art. 11; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 23, 2010 No. 2856-VI) after part four to add with new part of such content:

"The moratorium does not extend to the obligation of bank on transfer to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine of single fee on obligatory national social insurance, on the obligation on return to funds of obligatory national social insurance placed on deposit accounts in banks of temporarily available funds, including reserves of means of these funds".

With respect thereto the fifth to consider part part six.

2. Paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of the moratorium on forced realization of property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, N 10, Art. 77; 2005, N 2, 31) to add the Art. with words:

"and decisions concerning obligations of the debtor on transfer to funds of obligatory national social insurance of debt on the payment of fees in these funds which arose till January 1, 2011 and for transfer to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine debts on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance".

3. In Item 3.7 of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the actions aimed at providing permanent functioning of the companies of fuel and energy complex" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, N 33, Art. 430; 2010, N 4, Art. 36; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of January 13, 2011 N 2940-VI):

to add the paragraph of the sixth with the words "and decisions on debt collection on the payment of fees in funds of obligatory national social insurance which arose till January 1, 2011 and debt on payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine";
