About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of allowing procedures

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Article 74-1 of the Law of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, N 4, Art. 19; 2007, N 34, 445) to state the Art. in such edition:

"Article 74-1. Right to occupation traditional medicine (healing)

Traditional medicine (healing) - methods of improvement, prevention, diagnostics and treatment which are based on experience of many generations of people, settled in national traditions and not trkbuyushchy state registration.

The persons who do not have vocational medical education, registered in the procedure established by the law as physical persons - entrepreneurs and got special permission to the occupation traditional medicine (healing) issued by the central executive body in the field of health care or the body authorized by it have the right to occupation traditional medicine (healing).

Qualification requirements to physical persons - the entrepreneurs who are going in for traditional medicine (healing) and occupation conditions traditional medicine (healing) are established by the central executive body in the field of health care.

Procedure for issue of special permission on занятиек traditional medicine (healing), the list of the documents necessary for its obtaining, and procedure for cancellation of special permission to occupation traditional medicine (healing) are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Effective period of special permission to occupation traditional medicine (healing) constitutes five years.

The decision on issue or refusal in issue of special permission to occupation traditional medicine (healing) is accepted within thirty working days from the date of submission of documents.

For issue of special permission to occupation traditional medicine (healing), its duplicate and renewal is collected payment which amount is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
