According to Item 6 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 7, 2011 N 105 "About measures for development and strengthening of material and technical resources of storage of fruit and vegetable products for 2011 - 2015" (2011, N 14, the Art. 141) the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for application of privilege on the property tax regarding the fixed assets intended for storage of fruit and vegetable products according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
