About modification of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The paragraph third parts one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, N 38, Art. 324; 2009, N 30, 418) to state the Art. in such edition:

"persons with complete general secondary education aged from 17 years till 21 year, including those by which 17 years are performed in year of the beginning of military service, the military personnel and persons liable for call-up aged up to 23 years having the complete general secondary education and not having military ranks of officers in case of their transfer on the first and the subsequent training courses, and also persons aged up to 25 years having basic higher education in case of their transfer on final year of training - on military service (training) of cadets of the highest military educational institutions or military educational divisions of higher educational institutions and the military personnel passing military service under the contract, aged up to 30 years - on military service (training) of cadets of the highest military educational institutions or military educational divisions of the higher educational institutions performing training of persons to positions of sergeant and foreman structure".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
