The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. In part four of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About investigation and search operations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, N 22, Art. 303; 2001, N 14, 72) the words "one month" shall be replaced with words the Art. "two months".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine within two months from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with it.
