1. 1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

1.1.1. to add item 4 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"implementation of state regulation of activities in the field of road, sea, inland water, rail, urban electric transport and the subway, civil aviation and use of part of airspace of the Republic of Belarus which is in accordance with the established procedure determined for airways, local air-lines, areas of accomplishment of aviation works, airfields of civil aviation and the airports, road activities, and also creation of conditions for development of the organizations of all patterns of ownership performing activities in the specified areas;";

1.1.2. to state subitem 5.48 of Item 5 in the following edition:
