Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2009 No. 28 "About some questions of implementation by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of ministerial procedures concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 131, 8/20942) the following changes:
1.1. the fourth and fifth Item 1 to exclude paragraphs;
1.2. to exclude appendices 3 and 4 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
