About procedure for provision, hiring and operation of dwellings from the state housing stock which is under authority of local executive bodies

For the purpose of further implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the housing relations" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for provision, hiring and operation of dwellings from the state housing stock of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is under authority of local executive bodies with appendices.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 1993 N451 "About the Approval of the List and Document Forms Necessary for Accounting of the Citizens Needing Improvement of Housing Conditions" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, N 21, the Art. 258);

2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 3, 1993 N452 "About Approval of the Standard Agreement of Hiring of Premises and the Standard Agreement of Lease of Premises" (SAPP Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993 N 21, the Art. 259).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
