About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 15, 2011 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" the Cabinet of Ministers decides N ZRU-283:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 7, 2011 No. 163
1. From the paragraph of the third subitem "an" of Item 6 and the paragraph of the fourteenth subitem "an" of Item 9 of the Regulations on licensing of insurance activity of insurers and insurance brokers approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 27, 2002 N 413 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 11, Art. 72), to exclude the words "and other separate divisions".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 24, 2008 N 141 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 6, the Art. 32):
a) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the Regulations on Fonda of guaranteeing payments for obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles of the word by "legal entity" shall be replaced with words "non-profit organization";
b) in Rules of obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles:
the second offer of paragraph two of Item 9 to exclude;
