According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 03.11.2010 No. 1045 "About modification of the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children" and for the purpose of enhancement of work of State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child concerning reception of citizens of Ukraine living outside Ukraine and foreigners who wish to adopt the child in Ukraine for giving of cases by them I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure and the conditions of reception of citizens of Ukraine living outside Ukraine and them put foreigners who wish to adopt the child in Ukraine for giving, approved by the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of 05.02.2007 No. 313, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.02.2007 for N 128/13395 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of 12.11.2007 No. 4041) which are applied.
2. To State department on adoption and protection of the rights of the child (Filipishina A. A.) provide this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
