Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of the moratorium on transfer (transformation) of the irrigated lands of ploughland in other categories of lands and types of grounds" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 767) the following amendment:
add Article 1 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"The moratorium does not extend to transfer (transformation) of the irrigated lands of ploughland under cemeteries. Irrigated the earth of ploughland, translated (transformed) under cemeteries, cannot be used for other purpose.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
