Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About privatization of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 3, the Art. 123) the following changes and amendment:
1. In Article 4:
state part 1 in the following edition:
"The privatization program of state-owned property (further - the Program) is developed by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and affirms Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
state part 5 in the following edition:
"After Program effective period till May 1 of the current year the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submits for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic the report following the results of privatization of state-owned property for the corresponding period.".
2. In Article 7:
