Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Road fund" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 321) the following change:
to state paragraph two of Article 5 in the following edition:
"10 percent of the specified charges go to fund of development and material security of authorized state body in the field of registration of the population and automotor-vehicles, special technological machines, driver's structure, acts of civil status, and also the rights to real estate.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
