agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement of the Party exchange according to legislations of the states data of customs statistics of mutual trade (further - data of customs statistics) quarterly, no later than 60 days from end date of quarter, and following the results of year, no later than 180 days from end date of year, at the level from four to eight signs of the commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity used by the Parties.

Data of customs statistics are created by the Parties accumulative result since the beginning of year according to the Appendix to the this Protocol which is its integral part and transferred in electronic form by the method acceptable for the Parties.
