20.7-1. To persons, the stipulated in Article 20.1.4-1 this Law, the allowance to work pension in the amount of difference between the sum determined by division of 80 percent of work pension and the allowance to work pension which shall receive for years of service of the judge or were received as the pensioner by the died former judge, on the number of members of his family, and the amount of the work pension granted under this Law on the occasion of loss of the supporter is paid.".
