About modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1372 and of March 1, 2010 No. 153

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2007 No. 1372 "About approval of the Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 50, the Art. 633):
in the Technical regulation about requirements to emissions of the hazardous (contaminating) substances of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Items 6, of 7, of 8, of 14, of 15, to exclude the 16th word "Euro";
add with Item 17 of the following content:
"17. Confirmation of conformity of the vehicles released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan which were in operation to requirements of ecological stage-3 is performed taking into account appendix 5 to the Technical regulation.";
in appendix 4 to the Technical regulation:
in heading to exclude the word "Euro";
in the column "Euros-2 Conforming to Requirements depending on Year of Their Release" of the word "Euro-2" shall be replaced with words "ecological stage-2";
add with appendix 5 to the Technical regulation according to appendix to this resolution;
