To the state committee on standardization till January 1, 2012 to organize with participation of the interested republican state bodies and winners of tender determined according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2010 No. 668 "About tender on the best investment offer on creation in the Republic of Belarus of the monitoring center in the field of gaming" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 110, 5/31776), development of the technical regulatory legal acts determining requirements to game tables for gamblings, to hardware and software systems for registration of rates in totalizator and in bookmaker games.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 20, 2005 No. 531 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for obligatory certification and maintenance of the gaming equipment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 86, 5/15999);
subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 1910 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning licensing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 11, 5/33160).
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2011.
