Determine that in case of receipt of written addresses of interested persons, including the governments of foreign states, about discrepancy of documents of the Customs union in scope of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures to standards, decisions and recommendations of the international organizations, including the World Health Organization, the Commission "the Code Alimentarius", the International epizootic bureau and the relevant international and regional organizations operating within the International convention on quarantine and protection of plants (daleemezhdunarodny standards) and also at the initiative of authorized bodies of the Parties, such documents are subject to examination (further - examination) according to the Provision specified in item 4 of this Decision, with possible participation in its implementation such interested.

3. Documents of the Customs union in scope of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures which by results of examination are acknowledged having more restrictive character in comparison with international standards in the absence of scientific reasons for such restriction or risk for life or health of the person, animals or plants, are subject to reduction in compliance with international standards.

4. For the purpose of project development of the Regulations on single procedure for conducting examination of legal acts of the Customs union in scope of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures (daleepolozheniye) according to Item 2 of this Decision:

- To provide to the Russian side till May 10, 2011 to the Secretariat of the Commission of the Customs union of project proposal of the Provision;
