About introduction of amendments to article 37 of the Federal law "About the Public Civil Service of the Russian Federation"

Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. The civil servant cannot be exempted from the replaced position of civil service and is dismissed from civil service at the initiative of the employer's representative during its stay in leave, including maternity leave, and in the period of its temporary disability in connection with the mutilation, occupational disease or other damage of health connected with execution of job responsibilities.";
To add 3) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. In case of termination of the office contract on the basis, stipulated in Item 8.1 parts of 1 this Article, compensation in the amount of four-months monetary pay is paid to the civil servant.".
