Transfer of convicts for the crimes specified in Article part four 73 of this Code for further serving sentence from one correctional facility in another of the same type is allowed also according to the decision of federal body of criminal executive system. The procedure for transfer of convicts is determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of execution of criminal penalties.".
