About approval of the Supreme court rule of the Russian Federation

According to Item 12 of part 4 of article 14 of the Federal constitutional Law of February 7, 2011 N 1-FKZ "About courts of law in the Russian Federation" the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve and enact since July 1, 2011. Supreme court rule of the Russian Federation.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2009 N 29 "About approval of the Supreme court rule of the Russian Federation".
