Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendment and change:
in Article 257:
add part 1 with Item 13 of the following content:
"13) specialized goods for construction and reconstruction of the steklovarenny furnace.";
regarding 2 words "Items 2, 3 and 10 parts" shall be replaced with words "Items 2, of 3, 10 and 13 parts".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 30 days from the date of official publication.
