PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About recognition voided some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About recognition voided the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" I decide:

1. Recognize invalid:

- Items 3-7, paragraphs of the second-twenty sixth, twenty eighth of Item 8, Items 9-11 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for ensuring implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 26, 2009 No. 425;

- Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2009 No. 605;

- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for ensuring implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 26, 2009" of February 17, 2010 No. 55;

- Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 9, 2010 No. 8;

- The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and its administrative departments" of July 12, 2010 No. 14;

- Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 19, 2010 No. 139;

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
